KCWC: days 3,4 & 5

First off did you notice my new page at the top? I have added a free boys patterns page with links! Mostly I did if for myself (selfish I know!) I often want to use a free pattern but I have to sort through all my pins to find the free ones, now they are accessible to everyone and easier (I hope) to find!

I started these pants on day 3 and almost had them done too....then I had B try them on, they were the most awful pants I had ever made him! I swear the crotch was down to his knees, grrrrr.

I was fed up and tired so I decided to fix them the next day. Well Mr. P was very cranky, my kids just got over Hand-foot-mouth disease and he still wasn't feeling the best. No fixing was done that day or the next because it was spent waiting at the doctors.

Here we are at today and I am really hoping that after two birthday parties and a baby shower I might finish the pants and maybe my pile of pre-cut shirts too.....thats laughable isn't it that I'm thinking I can?

anyhow sew boy Saturday will have to wait until next week!

KCWC: Tee for B

B needed some Plain T's to match his Pj's I had made,
so I whipped these up during Mr. P's nap.

As a side note this guy thinks since he turned 7 last week that he is All grown-up and thus his ultra-muscle-man pose ;0)

KCWC: Mr. P's new shirt

A sweet shirt for Mr. P

The buttons are faux and I put little snaps on the inside, easier and faster for me ;o)

Simple side vents for easier on and off. I'm kind of in love with the way it turned out!
Similar to these Pj's I made for B used my own pattern.

2 Shirts for me

First off forgive the horrible pictures!
I happened to have two shirts the same color and I was not happy with the way either of them fit, I cut away at one and added varying layers to the other. I always do things the hardest way possible it seems and basically had to remake the entire shirt, but I am happy with the way it turned out.

This shirt used to be a yellow and I dyed it gray. It turned out more Tye-dye looking than I wanted but I still like it. I have been dying so many things lately! I love it!

 Happy Easter!
My dress was made using this pattern.

I dyed C's shirt and made all my boys ties using this tutorial/pattern.

B's shirt used to green, I never liked it, so I decided to try dying it. I LOVE this shirt now!!!

P's shirt used to be grayish and then it got bleached a funny color, so I dyed it. It is much better looking, don't you think?
